Help: netbus

There are three main versions and many minor versions of Netbus around but they mostly work with the same server (host) except the newest version Netbus Pro 2 which works with its own server (host) The ports most commonly opened by Netbus are ports 12345 and 12346. The server opens these ports, on the victims machine, and allows access to the system, with the client part of Netbus.

• The hacker can send and receive messages, read what you are typing and type straight onto your screen.
• He can open and close your CDROM.
• He can upload and download.
• He can control your mouse and keyboard.
• He can access your files as well as rename, move, delete.
• He can play sounds.
• He can shutdown the system, logoff the user etc.
• He can get a screendump.

This trojan is very similar to Back Orifice.
