Command - ADDHOPS
Usage   - ADDHOPS channel nickname ...

This command allows you to add half-ops for a specific
channel.  Limited to channel founder and super-ops.

People on the half-ops list are like those on the auto-ops
list, except that they will NOT be automatically given
chanops upon entry into the channel.  They are allowed to
have chanops when SET OPGUARD is enabled though, assuming
they are identified to the required levels.

You need to be registered for 3 months to be on this list.
