Command - ADDVOPS
Usage   - ADDVOPS channel nickname ...

This command allows you to add voice-ops for a specific
channel.  Limited to channel founder and super-ops.

People on the voice-ops list are given voice upon entry
into the channel, assuming they are identified to NickServ
(ACC 2).  If SET SECURE is enabled, they must be identified
to NickServ by password (ACC 3).

You need to be registered for 1 month to be on this list.
