Command - LIST
Usage   - LIST
          LIST channel nick
          LIST channel
          LIST nick

This command lists any channels on which you have access.
It can also be limited to a given channel, in case you have
access to several channels.  If you do a LIST and no entries
show up, you don't have access or you are not identified to
NickServ by password (ACC 3).  Channel founder and super-ops
will see all the entries for the channel, whilst auto-ops,
half-ops and voice-ops will only see the other people in the
same category.  Limiting the search to a specific nick will
only show entries where you are either a Super-op or on the
same level as the given nick.  This is a quick way of
determining user level where ops lists are large.
