Command - MODE
Usage   - MODE channel modes

This command allows you to change channel modes after a
takeover.  Limited to channel founder and super-ops, and
may only be used in takeover situations.

The following examples show what can be done:
  MODE #channel +b user@host     - ban an address
  MODE #channel -b user@host     - unban an address
  MODE #channel +o nickname      - give chanops
  MODE #channel -o nickname      - take chanops
  MODE #channel +nt-spimlk       - restore modes

The last example can also be done with the FIXCHAN command.
