Command - SET MLOCK
Usage   - SET channel MLOCK mode lock mask

Changes mode lock pattern for specified channel.  Limited to
channel founder and super-ops.

  SET #channel MLOCK +nt-ispklm // Locked to mode +nt only
  SET #channel MLOCK +nt-ispkl  // Same as above, except mode
                                // m isn't locked in any way
  SET #channel MLOCK            // Shows current mode lock
