Command - SET SUCCESSOR
Usage   - SET channel SUCCESSOR nick

Allows a channel's successor to be changed to suit different
situations should they arise.  This command sets successor
of a channel to the given nick.  The successor has NO rights
to the channel until the founder nick drops, at which time
it'll gain full channel rights.  Limited to channel founder.
