Vote Request

To open a new vote for channel founder, complete the fields below.
An e-mail will be sent with instructions to activate the vote.
This must be done before the opening date.
If instructions are not followed, the vote will lapse.

Nickname:  (your own nick - must be registered for at least 1 year)
Password:  (your nick password)
Channel:  (channel for which vote must be opened)
Message:  (brief introduction/preamble to display to voters)
Opening:  (date on which vote will open - vote will run for 1 week)

STATEMENT: I hereby declare that:
• I am a regular of the requested channel; and
• I agree that ZAnet may suspend my nickname if they determine that I lied about this.
