InfoServ is ZAnet's information service.  This is used to
keep users up to date on important and noteworthy issues.

Core Commands:
     LIST      - Lists your info messages
     READ      - Reads an info message

Access Commands:
     SUBMIT    - Adds an info message (OPER ONLY)
     DELETE    - Deletes an info message (OPER ONLY)
     UNDELETE  - Undeletes an info message (OPER ONLY)

The (OPER ONLY) commands are restricted to the IRC Operators
of this network, so don't waste our time trying them...
