Command - READ
Usage   - READ range

Displays info messages in the range range (as shown by the
LIST command).  "ALL" will attempt to display all your info
messages, whilst "NEW" will show your unread info messages.
To prevent flooding, only the first 5 info messages in range
will be shown.

Example:
   READ 2 5
   READ 1,3-4
   READ ALL
   READ NEW
