Command - SET command [value]

Lets you change your nickname settings These affect the registered
nickname's status and operation.

Available SET Commands:
      PASSWD    - Lets you change your nickname's password
      KILL      - Allows you to enforce your nickname using kills
      URL       - Attaches a Uniform Resource Locator to your nick
      PRIVATE   - Lets you hide some of your nick info
      EMAIL     - Link nick to an e-mail address
